Gabrijela Stanze 

Gabrijela Stanze started Global Hospitality in a quest to elevate service quality in the hospitality industry. Often disappointed in the delivery when dealing with establishments, she realized she had a deeper understanding how to improve guest experiences and set out to help the tough hospitality industry shine. Educated in Germany in restaurant and hotel management, she started her career in the US in 1999 as a hospitality consultant. For seven years she led her operations department in charge of quality control, staff training, and integrity for corporations such as Disneyland, California Pizza Kitchen, and Caesar’s Entertainment, known for providing excellent quality and service. In 2007 she moved to Temecula and started her own consulting firm.  She branched out into the meeting and event industry in 2008 and earned her planner certificate from UC San Diego. Her experience encompasses all aspects of the hospitality industry, including meeting and event management, business consulting, short term rental setup and management, as well as tours, destination management, and marketing services.

Michael Stanze, a USMC Chief Warrant Officer retired veteran of 25 years, and a St Louis native.  Michael holds dual master's degrees in computer science and Logistics.

Rebecca Farnbach | Partner | History Expert

Rebecca fell in love with Temecula in 1988. Early on, as Rebecca met the old-timers of the area, she learned their stories and compiled the stories about Temecula’s past, publishing them in books and articles. As new people came to Temecula, Rebecca gave informal tours of the Historic Vail Headquarters and Old Town Temecula and told the guests heartwarming stories of the past. Rebecca is a founding member of the Vail Ranch Restoration Association and the Temecula Valley Historical Society. She was part of the team that worked with the National Park Service to make Vail HQ a National Historic Site. Rebecca has coauthored four books on Temecula history, FLAVORS of the Temecula Valley Wineries, available for purchase on our site.

Shana Pennington, a certified Sommelier, and a Temecula Wine Country expert. Shana possesses in-depth knowledge of all 47 Wineries, spread out over 33000 beautiful acres, in the heart of Southern California.

Klara Novak | Managing Partner | Europe

Klara Novak stems from a long line of winemakers. Born and raised in the middle of one of the oldest Wine Regions in Slovenia, Klara grew up learning the art of winemaking from her father and grandfather. After she earned her master's degree in business management, she traveled the world tasting wines from different regions. Naturally, she spent time in Temecula's beautiful Wine Country managing tours and events. Now, Klara splits her time between Croatia and Slovenia, introducing guests from all over the globe to Europe's hidden gems, delicacies and warm hospitality.
